I am in Åre the moment and will stay here for the summer. The weather here has been really bad lateley. Cold winds with the great mix of rain and snow. So instead of enjoying the Åre summer I have stayed inside painting. Here is some of my work:

Börgers
As I mentioned earlier, me and the rest of the national team just got back from a short vacation on Hawaii. 10 days of whale watching, diving with turtles, surfing, umbrella drinks and great food. That is what I call a holiday! Now I know most you are waiting to find out if I had a Hawaiian burger or not. Of course I did! And it was a delicious burger.
Or not really, it might have been the moment I had it in that made it so good. Not that it was a bad burger I any way, but this burger was all over the place. It had guacamole, two different types of cheese, pineapple (of course), plenty of lettuce, bacon, and a lot of other good stuff. So it had everything you can ask for, but still there was something missing. Grade? 3 out of 5

The burger blog is back!
Hello everybody! Jeppe Cool's magical and mysterious burger blog is back.
As you may have noticed I haven’t been very active here lately. I do apologize and blame everyone and everything. Right now I am in Japan after a much needed vacation in Hawaii. It will be very interesting to see what type of burgers Japan has to offer!
This time I will review burgers I had just before I left lovely Åre. Usually I just eat one burger at a time, but this time I decided to have three. These burgers were found, eaten and enjoyed at Dahlboms, which is located on the square in Åre.
Three different burgers, but all amazingly good! One chili burger, one blue cheese burger and one Dahlbom burger. Most of parts of these burgers have been locally produced, which is something I find very positive. It really isn’t that much more to say since everything is there. The meat, all the accessories and the super damn good bread. Of course I could write more, but instead I urge you to come to Åre and try them yourself. An excellent opportunity would be during the Freestyle World Cup, which is between the 12th and 13th of March. I would say that these burgers are the best in Åre!
Grade? 4,5 pairs of mogul skies out of 5.
The blue cheese burger is my favorite.

The bruger of burgers
The Swedish Mogul team is in Utah at the moment, and to tell you the truth, I am not having a lot of burgers here. We cook for ourselves which doesn’t support my hamburger diet. If it was up to me we would have burgers every day, but apparently I’m not the boss around here.
But I do have one burger to review! This was the burger of all burgers! It could be the best burger I’ve ever had.
Not much to say really, except that everything is locally manufactured and it was damn good.
The expression ”It feels like my mouth is a strip club” have never been used in a better context than this. 5 pairs of mogul skies, out of 5!

Burger(s) number 3
Damn I like burgers! Eating burgers as often as I can, can actually be the best thing I have done in a long time!
This burger or should I say burgers were a real treat!
A very nice detail is that there isn’t one burger, but three small, which made the entire experience both different and nice. The onion rings, instead of fires also contributed to the entire burger-eating-experience. I do not even like onion rings, but they looked so festive.
What was on the burgers?
Well it was a lot. All they classic accessories, such as lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and last but not least, fries. I have had fries on burgers before, but this was a great and positive surprise.
So f***ing good!

Burger #2
Hey hey
Here we have burger number 2!
This is a rather sad burger to tell you the truth. But a real sweaty burger can sometimes be just what you need, and it was in this case.
This is a prime example of a true fast food burger, with a relatively high standard. This burger has all the important accessories such as bacon, crispy lettuce, onions, and most importantly, tomatoes.
Grade? 2 pairs of mogul skies out of 5.

The burger blog!
Hey hey
Jeppe Cool here. First and foremost I would like to apologize for not being active here on the blog.
IM SORRY!
I am in Canada with the rest of the national team. For the next couple of weeks we will be traveling around this country.
Since we are in the area the hamburger was born I have decided to take pictures of all the hamburgers I eat through out this trip and post pictures of them here on the blog. I got this idea from my friend Hamburger-Matte. He as been talking about starting an hamburger blog for some time now.
Here is the first one!
A very good burger, with lettuce, onions, mushrooms, tomato, bacon, mustard and ketchup. It has a decent size, good quality of meat, plenty of sauce, and very neat strips, as you can see.The downer with this one is the bread. It was a little bit to old and boring for my taste. I give this burger 3 pairs of mogul skies out of 5.
