It’s been a while. And during that while I have changed into a new man.

Great weekend again for Jeppe cool!

A 3rd place and a spot on podium at the last competition before the great games in the country of maple leafs and red dressed police officers!

Me, I manage to qualify as number 8 but almost crashed on to my stomach on the second jump so the result was so so. Finished as number 11.

Martina 25, Adam 30 and Olle 31.

Beard loss

Okey, I have the biggest beard on the World cup, but it seems like I lost this battle!

Home Sweet Home

The Swedish mogul team is back home after a great start to the season!

The snow canons are still on full speed here in Åre, even though the alpine competitions are over. It is about 30 degrees below zero, which reduces the tempo throughout the village and gives us on the national team some time to relax after three intensive weeks.

Jesper ruled in Finland with his two gold medals and is in a great mood, and so is the entire team. Everyone is enjoying the wonderful atmosphere, which I would say is a good sign for the upcoming contests in early January. After two long awaited top placements and an incredibly strong team effort we are more than ready to tackle the season ahead. The intense summer training is really paying off!

Over Christmas we will recharge our batteries with our families and friends. Two weeks with some light training and feel good focus to be as strong as possible in Calgary, Canada!

Merry X-mas!

Luleå, 4th of November

Sitting in my brother’s place in Luleå and waiting for news about when we are leaving for our next camp on snow. It seems like the camp is going to be later then planed. There is no snow in Tignes, so Ruka is up next.

The break from being on snow has been a little bit longer than expected, but it has given me more time for acrobatics and ice hockey with the gang in Åre.

13-15th of November we will in Stockholm with our jump coach, the great baron, Lasse von Stedink. Then there will be some promoting at Winter Jam on the 21st of November. After that we are leaving for Finland.

Starting to get a little bit restless to get on snow again.

Clouds, party & training

Right now the clouds are hanging low in Åre, but not because of bad weather. The sun is shining bright but the snow canons are trying to hold it back. The reason is the preparations for the Alpine World cup here in mid December. Its cold and the first glimpse of the winter season are here.

Tomorrow I'm leaving for the northern parts of Sweden to celebrate a friend of the family who is turning 60. After that it will be two weeks of training up north. Hopefully with some snow to ski on…

PS. Check out this picture from Magasin Åre. Some clothes from SOS in action. DS.
