The best breakfast pancakes
Got a tip about these special pancakes from a friend so we tried making them this weekend before heading out for a warm hike. Our conclusion was that they are easy to make, healthy (?) and super delicious.
For 2 pax

5 eggs
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 mashed banana
***
Whip, fry and serve with fresh berries and curd cheese.
Voila!

Please note that the pancakes burn fast if you’re not paying attention…
